We would like to inform you of a planned infrastructure upgrade scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2024.
This maintenance is expected to take approximately 8 hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET.
During this time, all processes—including ETL jobs, business pipelines, actuals import tasks, and the initiation of new reporting cycles—will be temporarily paused to ensure a smooth upgrade.
Please note that there may be intermittent disruptions to user login and SFTP services throughout the maintenance window.
